Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :-
1. Having experienced in managing the process improvements and quality related activities involving resource planning, in-process inspection and coordination with internal departments majorly in automobile segments.
2. Managing operations for the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Department for BIW, Sheet Metal, Engine, Casting, Machining and Forging products.
3. Managed new product development through part feasibility, Tool & Fixture DAP, buyoff, HLT
4. Resourceful in providing suggestions, inputs & assistance to the Product Development activities on Quality Assurance & Control and generating reports like CIR, PTR & FTR observations and deploy lessons learnt in new product development.
5. Skilled in implementing continuous improvements to ensure safety, quality, cost & delivery performance to meet business targets.
6. Expertise in developing new process concepts for production optimization & yield improvement for sequencing of various activities as per customers requirements.
7. Supplier Development, Supplier Audit, Supplier Management, PPAP,APQP and Component Development.
Requirements
Experience - 8 to 12 years
Location- Pune
- Should have a good experience in Sheet Metal, Fabrication and Machining .
- Supplier Development ,Supplier Audit ,Supplier Management, Part Development , PPAP/APQP , SPC , MSA Sheet metal, Fabrication and Machining knowledge.
