Job Description
• Member of the Global Enterprise Network Services Leadership team
• Local Operations management within ENS.
• Front of shop - responsible for India Network and Voice teams - operations - able to clearly communicate and
articulate across these key areas
• Telecoms Relationship Management.
• Team leadership - manage and mentor delivery and ops staff
• Client engagement - understand the clients of ENS, their requirements and their feedback on service quality.
