• Project Role :Service Manager
• Project Role Description : Own the client aspects of service management for one or more
outsourcing contracts. Lead the day-to-day management of contract operations and
performance. Invest on a daily basis in overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial
performance.

• Key Responsibilities : a: Manage communication with external and internal
stakeholders clients, sponsors, executives, etc b: Organize and participate in client
meetings Collaborate with the PMO and sponsor c: Ensure compliance with client
requirements and business needs d: Ensure customer satisfaction e: Bring together all
company units to meet client demands• Technical Experience : a: Coordinate the team throughout all project management
phases b: Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to
carry out their tasks effectively c: Monitor the teams work time and timesheets on a daily
basis d: Manage large and diverse teams and projects sometimes simultaneously e:
Lead daily/weekly stand-ups and meetings f: Meet with individual team members to find
and fix any issues e: Train employees during workshop
• Professional Attributes: a: Must have more than 10 years of experience in project
management b: Must have handled more than 5 E2E implementation projects C: Must
have worked on SAP S/4 HANA
• Educational Qualification: a: BE/Btech, MBA
