- Overall sales leader is responsible for revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Understand and create opportunities in domestic F&V markets including APMCs, Commission Agents, Traders, Forwarders, and other value chain players.
- Deeply understand seasonal F&V movement, trade routes, consumptions & forward markets, and risks associated with each
- Own the business: manage the P&L, cashflow, develop new business models, understand where opportunities are, and create a viable business to service them
- Develop a deep and long-standing relationship with customers - to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical
- Have in-depth knowledge of competition and vendors and ability to influence the market
- Build, retain and groom a strong team to deliver across functions.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Prior experience in F&V sales is a must
10+yrs of experience in F&V Sales, Agri business.
• Understands the entire value chain of F&V business in the region and has a network of stakeholders
