It is a US based digital transformation consulting, data science & analytics, and technology services & solutions firm. Provides End-to-End Digital Transformation and work across Financial Services, Telecom, Life Science & Healthcare and Product Engineering sectors.
● Be able to understand the nuances of business problems in various domains, quickly grasp the decision imperatives and translate those into the value proposition of the platform
● Conceptual understanding and some exposure to Statistics and techniques /algorithms in Classical Machine Learning and Deep Learning areas applied to numerical and textual data
● Experience in planning, initiating and executing cross-team scrums and agile methodologies
● Exposure to new age technologies such as cloud and Big Data stack
● Be able to work with & bring together several internal leadership level stakeholders, find congruence from within the apparent contrast and be able to rally the cause in all circumstances
● Excellent written communication skills - drafting blogs and while papers, and presentations / decks for propositions, point-of-views and proposals. Excellent verbal communication - succinct and precise way of engaging senior stakeholders
● Strong end product orientation, and multi-tasking: ability to make micro progress every day on several simultaneous tasks leading to significant contributions over a period of time
● 5-7 years of relevant experience post MBA or Masters in STEM
