Job Description

Business Analysts must have a solid understanding of the operations existing processes and systems enabling them to establish key drivers and measures of success for the business. They must have a working knowledge of the business area they support and should be equally aligned with finance, marketing and sales. Strong leadership, relationship management, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are also required.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
o Working with the Global Ops Business Planner, provide ongoing data collection (operational, financial, process), collation, insight analysis and opportunity identification
o Participation and leadership of cross functional / organisational opportunistic initiatives
o Creation of standardised metrics, targets and dashboards, and participate in RCA & CA reviews both within and outside of KGSO
o Monthly, quarterly and annual planning, including monthly forecast adjustments and QBR preparation
o Monitor GGSO services revenue to plan throughout the month
 Identify and resolve any discrepancies
o Publish month end financial performance with deviation analysis to management and
o Ad hoc reporting requests from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Development and Operational teams


-Services business and data architecture knowledge, specifically ERP (Siebel and Oracle) process, information and financial flows, and the ability to extract, compile, analyze and identify productivity or financial improvement opportunities.

-Project / Program management: be familiar with key principles and have the ability to independently drive initiatives from Investigation, Business Case creation, Design, Development, Test, Train and Deploy. LEAN facilitation skills are also highly desirable.

-Innovation, tenacity, objectivity, change agent, insightful, multi-tasker, are all key components for this role.
