Job Description
- Overall, in charge of Apples/Oranges/Mango/Guava/Banana) or Pomegranate supply chain and business development operations for PAN India.
- Heading business development function.
- Managing Supply chain of Fresh Articles and Linking Major Mandis to small cities for New range.
- Exploring and mapping the supply lines for local fresh products.
- Developing distribution network across all Mandis and localities across India.
- Supervising Cold store cum packhouse operations for minimal wastage.
- Item-specific procurement and sale planning as per seasonality.
- Maintaining profitable institutional/retail operations, with success in capitalizing on growth opportunities, implementing promotional/marketing strategies.
- Heading quality division - items wise specification formalizing & Control, Incoming quality check, packing guidelines, storage instructions, and new interventions for improving shelf life of the produce.
- Coordination for Central Buying plan for seasonal SKUs(farmers + big vendors)
