Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Develop SalesForce configuration related requirements
• Develop and keep up to date on the processes used by the business areas using CRM applications
• Proactively advise business users on application usage and issues
• Identify process/technical gaps in the existing implementation and come-up with enhancements to fill those.
• Review enhancement requests to ensure these are in line with the benefits business is expecting to achieve
• Carry out impact analysis using knowledge of business processes
• Resolve business queries and work on adoption of CRM

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications
• Experience of overall 3 – 5 years of CRM (Salesforce) end to end implementations mandatory.
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Excellent Programming skills (C #, Apex, Core Java)
• Exposure to Salesforce (Configuration, Administration, Apex Coding, Visual force Pages)
• SalesForce certifications –Platform Developer 1
• Experience in business process mapping and translating the same to solutions
• Experience in leading requirement gathering session and writing process documents.
• Exposure to structured software development life-cycle methodology (preferably Agile or Iterative development)
• Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment
• Ability to manage client expectations and scope.
• Very good communication skills and the ability to explain and articulate technical aspects in a manner than business can understand
• Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally to arrive at a solution
• Ability to develop & maintain good relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to cope with constantly changing priorities and deal with ambiguity is essential.
