Job Description
Drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions
• Adopting best practices in formulation and management of Contracts and contractual compliances
• Highlighting Concern Areas/Risk Factors in critical/high value contracts to Management
• Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to all contracts
• Communicating and presenting information to stakeholders regarding contracts
• Monitoring developer contracts and moving forward with close-out, extension or renewal of
developer contracts
• Providing legal assistance to functional/ department heads and managing leadership in developing
agreements and Issues.
• Knowledge of Land due diligence process for different states will be considered as added
advantage.
• Excellent understanding of the business or industry, its services, customers and lenders.
Requirements
10- 16 Years strong experience in Contract preparation and management, preferably in
electrical field..
2-3 years of experience in renewable construction industry will be added advantage.
Possesses a working knowledge of company policies and procedures.
