Project Finance

It is one of the leading renewable energy which jointly established by EQT Infrastructure and Temasek to develop and execute utility scale renewable energy projects in India.

The person should be responsible for -

a) Strong understanding of power, renewables and infrastructure sector of India.
b) Support in Project Financing (ECBs, RTL etc.) and fund-raising (bridge loan, short term loan etc.)
of Solar PV assets in India.
c) Working on most suitable source of financing at the most optimum cost of capital and carry out
benchmarks / comparisons of financing offers
d) Maintain and build sustainable relationships with financial institutions including ECB lenders,
Banks, NBFC, Institutional investors, Credit rating agencies etc.
e) Raising working capital limits, fund based as well as non-fund based (for issuance of BG, LC etc)
as per the requirements of the Projects.
f) Support in risk management of Term Loans, ECB, Bonds, working capital, non-fund-based limits
etc.
g) Issuance of Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credits, SBLC, LOC etc as per the requirement of the
Project.
h) Support in financial modelling and deal structuring.
i) Filing of Term Loan application with potential lenders and manage the project appraisal by providing
data and responses to Lender queries during Project appraisal.
j) Managing the due-diligence exercises conducted by Lenders.
k) Support in analyzing & negotiating the financing documentation.
l) Support in execution of loan documents and security documents.
m) Compliance of conditions precedent and conditions subsequent of loan agreements and security
creation.
n) Periodic compliance information and financial covenants during all financings.
o) Support the other functions of the Company as and when required.

Education - B.Tech/MBA
Location - Gurgaon

- Should have good experience in Debt Funding, Project Finance, Financial Modelling.
- Should Have experience in ECBs and RTL.
