Responsibilites
MARKET OPERATIONS: • Market Insights and Market Outlook (MI & MO) and Global Target Settings (GTS) processes: drive the execution of the MIMO and GTS processes within the region. Support the stakeholders in finalizing their activities with high data quality and within the timeframe defined in the divisional guidelines. Ensure data completeness. • WCFE handover and full implementation: Support the LSMs and HBU M&S to ensure full execution of the World-Class Front End (WCFE) initiatives in alignment with the defined processes and guidelines. Periodically review the status versus targets, communicate gaps to receiving organizations and track closure/improvements. • Continuous improvements: Engage regional stakeholders to ensure full alignment, communicate excellence and consistency across all market operations processes. Carry out process improvements based on a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. Facilitates 360 degree communication, actively seeking feedback from stakeholders and implementing improvements in alignment with the divisional strategy.
MARKET INTELLIGENCE:
• Data Collection: Connect and engage with key regional stakeholder to collect market intelligence information e.g. market development, white spaces, competitors, etc. • Market Analysis: Provide and ensure optimized delivery and use of customer, competitor, finance, business and market intelligence within business decision making process. Prepare reports that are both standardized and unique to the specific business requirements in the region. • Communication: Ensure that all regional stakeholder and the regional management are aware of available market research and analysis results that identify existing gaps or new opportunities for growth. Support Sales teams in best use of sales tracking system and monitors ongoing data quality. Supports in training the regional stakeholders about the usage of the reports and dashboards. • Continuous improvements: Engage regional stakeholders to ensure full alignment, communicate excellence and consistency across all market analysis / data definition and distribution. Carry out process improvements based on a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. Facilitates 360 degree communication, actively seeking feedback from stakeholders and implementing improvements in alignment with the divisional strategy.
Pricing Focus :
• Drive via local organizations the cultural transformation to achieve world-class pricing core competencies, maximize profitable growth • Ensure local ownership of pricing initiatives, drive and implement end-to-end pricing initiatives, processes and methodologies within the operational sales & marketing processes • Initiate and develop local pricing initiatives to enhance and optimize revenue growth and profitability, including price sensitivity • Work closely with sales, MM, RPMs and business lines to develop and enact competitive pricing strategies


• Lead local data analysis, maintenance and improvement of business intelligence to monitor competitive intelligence, track metrics and measure sales performance for key stakeholders • Ensure and support the implementation of guidelines, instructions and training material to accelerate usage of pricing methodologies and processes • Coach local sales organization in terms of professional pricing practices, generate professional pricing know-how and application throughout the Business • Ensure local sales team leverage reports and dashboards to continuously monitor pricing and margin KPIs
Value Proposition & Promotion Focus • Drive, monitor and measure the adoption, usage and roll-out of the PG integrated Value Proposition along the customer buying path by the local M&S organizations. • Conduct assessment and drive continuous improvement of the local Value Proposition promotion material, activation plans & channels and practices. • Ensure alignment of the Value Proposition local activation plan with the wider (global, regional) PG Value Proposition activation plan. • Ensure and support the implementation of the Value Proposition learning path for local M&S organization. • Ensure customer voice and competitor’s information on our Value Proposition are captured and part of the Market Intelligence/Analysis process.
Digital Marketing & Customers Focus • Engage with LDRM / regional HBL marketing to support and execute follow up of regional Marketing (derived from Central & BL guided) activities to support growth in regions • Ensure and support the implementation of marketing tools into regions when it comes to Digital automation /campaigns (Eloqua, Apps,…) • Support with overall Customer experience Concept for PG global events

Overall 14+ years of experience Candidates who has done similar work for power sector .
