Execute organizations total rewards strategy.
Responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, health and retirement plans.
Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs.
Responsible for related data management.
Minimum 12 years of experience as HR in Compensation and Benefits, Policy and Programme
MBA in HR
Professional qualification/certification in Human Resources Management, Rewards management or in performance management would be an added advantage
