Manage, lead, motivate and promote the assigned subordinates by means of target agreements and performance reviews .
· Trust the assigned subordinates with respects and commit to develop them
Develop and enhance the professional team to exceed the expectation from customers
Bring out the best of individuals with their strengths by appropriate assignments with their responsibilities
Develop and realize the proactive team with the clear commitment to the agreed target
Building Business:-
· Responsible for entire accounting function and reporting (monthly, quarterly and yearly) in compliance with Indian GAAP, IFRS, JGAAP SOX, etc.
· Liaise with MD, functional leaders and Headquarter in Japan to execute initiatives and to drive near-term business results and financial performance.
· Ensure accurate, timely, transparent and insightful financial reporting and analysis to MD and headquarter.
Build a trusted & respected Finance team in India, known for transparency, as well as strength of their business partnership and acumen.
Develop annual operating plan and long-term strategic plan
Responsible for HR, IT, Operations and Corporate Service
Develop and realize HR policies, development and HR operations
Develop and realize IT policies and IT operations
Realize the sustainable & effective operations and corporate services
Develop and lead to realize Compliance policies
Education:
Graduate in Business, Economics, Accounting, Tax.
MBA(Preferred)
