Job Description:-
Primary Responsibilities:-
The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site.
Must be able to resolve Technical issues at Customer site in the defined target time.
Experience with forklifts is required.
Must be able to manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base
Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer
Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base
Secondary Responsibilities:-
Must have good knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics / electrical
Providing technical support to the Branch Service Manager
Knows How to drive reach trucks(Preferred)
