Job Description
The following opening is for Tyre Manufacturing Company in Oragadam, Chennai.
It's regular Shift Job;
• Provide medical opinion, recommendations to employees in need
• Performing clinical procedure for the patient with the help of nursing staff
• Enhancing Employees Quality of Life
• Financial Budgeting for OHC
• Referral Services
• Conduct Employee Wellness Programs
• Hospital Visits during employee’s admission
• Update the management on employees’ health in the event of hospitalization
• Ensure Statutory Compliance with respect to OHC
• Handle Audits
• Liason with Speciality Hospitals for providing traetments to employees
• Guides HR about employees’ medical fitness
• Conduct periodical health check up for those involved hazardous job natures
• Suggest Management on preventive measures for any seasonal/epidemic disease out break.
Requirements
MBBS with AFIH
Minimum 8+ Years of Experience
