Technical Delivery Manager

• Initiate, then assign and facilitate, the elicitation, analysis, documentation and maintenance of customer requirements.
• Assign responsibilities for all the above tasks to senior or junior developers depending on task novelty, complexity and criticality
• Evaluate alternative design approaches and propose high-level design of overall solution based on available requirements / specifications; review design documents prepared by the team and allocate module/sub-system level design effort within the team.
• Interface and coordinate work with external agencies in joint development projects.
• Conduct final review of user and technical documents before handing over to the technical documentation team.
• Participate in external audits -and occasionally internal audits- conducted for compliance checks.
• Set annual performance goals (KRAs) and conduct appraisals for direct reports.
• Review annual performance goals (KRAs) and conduct second level appraisals for indirect reports.
• Develop or enhance technical guideline documents, templates, checklists, tools and training initiatives cutting across projects and BUs to improve product quality, presales, post sales activities.
• Proficient in telecom, banking, financial, billing domain and skill to develop products in these domains.
• Able to manage complete lifecycle of multiple projects and product lines, with major focus on managerial processes
• Ability to Elicit customer requirements, project planning and design products
• Good understanding of the product platforms and able to do pre sales activities
• Able to manage internal and external clients, manage and resolve customer queries
• People management
