Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Fiery Business Unit in our Bangalore Office, India.

Job Description:

Develop, maintain, and manage a consistent set of reports that provide the management team with different views of the business to create insights and enable efficiencies
Provide insights, recommendations and directions by understanding and analysing the sales trend data and the correlation to the business
Work with Fiery key partners/customers to access key data used for reporting purposes
Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports, KPI’s and other key data essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
Analysing sales performance, pipeline and other sales metrics to enable business decisions and identify trends
Provide ad-hoc analysis on an as needed basis (bi-weekly / monthly)
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes through automation and process enhancement
Work with cross-functional teams to improve business processes
Structure and owns approval process for the most complex and high visibility enterprise sales transactions to meet customer’s critical business requirements while reducing sales cycles, and adhering to organisation’s operational policies and accounting practices.
Report individual deal status and overall deal flow activities to sales leadership.
Manage and distribute pricing and ensure the quoting tool has current pricing.
Track and provide real time sales revenue roll-up based completed and work-in-progress deals.
Provide reports and data for commission and cross functional teams
Ensures compliance with required corporate controls and policies

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field. MBA a plus.
Minimum of 5 years sales operations or related experience
Strong analytical, data interpretation and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, in particular advanced Excel skills
Have experience in reporting and providing analysis
Experience in CRM tool required (Salesforce.com preferred)
Experience in Enterprise system required (SAP preferred)
Ability to form and maintain strong relationships with Fiery business partners/customers, who provide much of the data required for reporting
Ability to form and maintain strong cross functional business relationships
High emotional IQ (‘EQ’) and ability to maintain poise under pressure
Strong change management skills and experience with a rapidly changing business environment and ongoing operational improvements.
Prior involvement with business strategy or licensing and pricing programs at the enterprise level would be ideal
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational, project and time management skills with high attention to detail
Flexible and able to multi-task and ability to thrive in fast pace and fast changing environment
Fast learner, self-starter/demonstrated ability to take initiative
