Job Description
Looking out for a suitable candidate to head the overall Finance, Accounts and Secretarial functions. This will be at a DGM/GM level position and will report to the Vice President – Finance & Company Secretary of the company. The position is based out of the Corporate Office at Bangalore and the potential candidate would have the opportunity to eventually be the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary when the incumbent retires in two years.
The ideal candidate would be a bright CA (Chartered Accountant ) and additionally CS (Company Secretary) (Both qualifications are mandatory) having about 10-12 years of post-qualification experience of which at least 3-5 years should be in a senior position in a manufacturing organization having overseen Finance, Accounts, Costing, Budgeting and Secretarial functions. Ideal age profile would be less than 40 years. We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter with good communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand products, manufacturing processes also a must.
