Global Application Architect

The organization provides consulting in the field of operational risk management, operational excellence and capital effectiveness.

Role Responsibilities
• Liaise closely with business and functional stakeholders to ensure that application/business process
requirements are identified
• Ensure that application-specific design and realization documents are prepared, and ensure testing,
deployment and release management in collaboration with implementation partners
• Drive functional and methodological understanding and capability development through testing and
training.
• Translating a business case/process into a detailed technical design and support in defining scope
for implementation programs.
• Resolve operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and
specifications.
• Ensure integration testing and user acceptance testing for major/minor releases.
• Ensure SLA adherence by support and implementation partners.
• Keeping current with the latest releases and updates in Dynamics

Qualifications & Experience Required
• Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP using both its
Foundational and Advanced Modules.
• 5+ years working directly with ERP clients or in an internal ERP role, leading requirement gathering
sessions, advising on how best to implement and maintain complex projects, translating needs and
requirements into solutions and ensuring traceability and continuity are there throughout the
project
• Experience in Microsoft D365 F&O and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is mandatory.
• Microsoft Certifications for Microsoft Dynamics ERP is also highly valued.
• Experience in business process reengineering and business process development would be an
required.
• Experience in ERP implementation for professional service firms would be an advantage.
• Excellent communicator - demonstrated experience standing in front of a room to either identify
and collect requirements or to guide training and help users become confident working with the
latest technology
• Experience in documenting business requirements and interpreting them into functional
requirements.
• Experience and advanced domain knowledge of the professional services sector would be an added
advantage. .
• Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
