Requirements

• Master Degree in Management with HR as Major
• 12-15 years’ experience of HR management across broad base of employee levels
• Managerial experience in MNC with matrix environment (ready as next step for a management role)
• Decent English language skills, both written and spoken. Ability to speak fluently in Tamil.
