Job Description
4-6 Years of experience
IT Recruitment (java , testing , .Net , /// python , analytics , , big data , cloud , product) / leadership roles as well
Stakeholder management very important – will be connecting with leaders vp’s , directors / good communication skills
Recruitment strategies and closing on numbers / can organize and handle drives – extensive hiring
Should have handled a team of atleast 3-4 members(direct reportings
