Job Description
• Piloting conceptual design of HR and HR IT strategies as well as HR target operating models with a focal point of HR cloud implementations
• Supporting and implementing changes in the HR operations in the context of the organization, technology, processes, and personnel
• Linking efficiently the processes between business, strategy, and IT
Requirements
• Practical experience in project management and comprehensive knowledge in HR work, as well as in HR strategy, organization, and processes
• Talent that enjoys thinking conceptually and analytically with a digital mindset, whilst excelling at executing key strategic analyses and implementations
• High affinity for digital technologies at the interface between HR and IT (HR Cloud, Artificial Intelligence).
Minimum 7 years of experience
