JOB PURPOSE
Cost Estimation and Cost Control activities for Refinery/Petrochemical site.

COST ESTIMATION & COST CONTROL
· Prepare Preliminary Bill of Material from Engineering Drawings for developing Preliminary cost estimate.
· Prepare in-house Cost estimates for Tenders & Purchase Requisitions, MOCs, future expansion projects etc.
· Prepare / Review /Validate Cost estimates for MOC jobs and augmentation of various facilities at refinery/Petrochemical Project
· Prepare Cost Status Reports including Commitment, expenditure, Cost Forecast, highlighting areas of concerns pertaining to various project activities
· Preparation of Revenue & Capital Budget Estimates
· Ensure Cost Control measures are implemented.
· Prepare Cash flow plans and monitor the same.
· To track & Monitor the commitments made to various contractor’s/vendors/Consultants every week with strict adherence to the budget.
· To provide costing input to internal customers
· Development of Corporate Cost Data Bank for various facilities
· To Co-ordinate with Head Quarter and other stakeholders to ensure the availability of correct cost data, required for the generation of regular reports, in specified formats, being released from HQ.
· Ensure tracking of all Change Orders being issued by EIL/Contractors etc. Conversant with Change Management Process will be an added advantage.
OTHERS
· Familiarization with SAP, ERP, TDMS is desirable
Educational Qualifications: Full time BE/ B Tech from a reputed university/institute.
Experience: Around 18-20 years of relevant experience, preferably in Refining/Petrochemicals.
